On this feast day of the Ascension, Kristofer offers some reflections on this important day in the church calendar but focuses particularly on the commonly known hymn, Lord You Give the Great Commission. How do we share the gifts we have been empowered with when so much in our lives is uncertain, unclear, and rapidly changing? In this challenging time, how can we share what we have been given in a way that transforms both us and others? As we are left waiting with the disciples for what comes next, may we always remember that - even though ascended - Christ will be with us always.
