Preludes and Postludes with Bonnie

Preludes and Postludes

Join Bonnie as he discusses the origins of preludes and postludes in worship. He then talks about the many different ways preludes and postludes are received in churches today, by both parishioners and musicians. He offers a quote from German composer, Paul Hindemith: "Music, whatever sound and structure it may assume, remains meaningless noise unless it touches a receiving mind." Bonnie asks "What do preludes and postludes mean to you? How do you make use of these musical moments during worship?"
