Ask a Friar

Today's video reflection from Kristofer is a direct response to an Ask a Friar request: "Hey, today is the feast day of St. Clare of Assisi. Are you going to do something in recognition of her?" The ministry of this saint of God has had a profound impact on the church and world. In recent years some scholars have begun to refer to a Francis-Clarian tradition because of the extent of her influence. As we continue this journey of understanding a new congregational identity as St. Francis Parish, it is wise to also pay close attention to St. Clare and the radical way in which God worked to transform the church through her.
