Pantry on the Go Volunteer Info

Volunteer with Pantry on the Go (POG)! Our Food Ministry Team is always looking for new Pantry on the Go volunteers. If you are new to POG, then rest assured that a seasoned volunteer will be nearby to show you all you need to know. To learn more about monthly volunteer opportunities, sign up for the Pantry on the Go email list here. Emails are sent once a month, two weeks in advance of the next POG date. Each emails includes a new volunteer sign-up link for that month.

Examples of POG volunteer tasks include:

• Setting up tables, tents, and traffic cones
• Bagging and sorting food
• Greeting families
• Loading bags of food into cars
• Cleaning up at the end

Are you looking for a service project for a community group? Serving with Pantry on the Go is an excellent opportunity for volunteer groups including: family, church, student, office, and neighborhood groups. Reach out to the Food Ministry team directly to schedule a time for your group to volunteer, whether for one Thursday or many!
