Kristofer and Walking on the Path of Jesus
Walking on the Path of Jesus
As Holy Week is now well underway, Kristofer offers a brief reflection on what it means for us to walk the path of Jesus in this sacred time. He invites us to consider the ways in which we can still remove obstacles that lay before us and prevent us from moving forward. Kristofer records this video from in front of the mural that he spoke about last week that had been vandalized with hate-filled graffiti. Now already wiped clean, because of a product the artists had covered the mural with, it is restored and beautiful again. What had been desecrated is now made sacred again. As you continue this journey in Holy Week, what will you encounter on the path ahead? What barriers might you need to traverse? What sights might you see along the way?
Jesus said to them, "The light is with you for a little longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. If you walk in the darkness, you do not know where you are going. While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become children of light." (John 12:33-35)
