What Does it Mean to be a Place of Healing?

As we continue this journey in the Easter season, today Kristofer reflects on the life and ministry of three women in the church who were physicians in the first century: Zenaida, Philonella, and Hermione. These three women freely shared the gifts that they had been given by God in ways that brought healing and new life to many people but especially those living in poverty. What would it look like for us to generously share our gifts in ways that fostered health, well being and wholeness to those most in need? What does it mean for us at St. Francis to be a place of healing for our community in these pandemic times?
